I spent nearly twenty years helping build and manage work inside some of the world’s largest companies. Today, I am building something different.

I spend my time writing essays, researching difficult questions, creating videos, photographing people, speaking, reading, traveling, interviewing, and trying to understand the systems that shape our lives.

Much of what I create remains freely available because I believe good ideas should not exist only behind paywalls. That only works when people who value the work decide it is worth sustaining.
